Beam Rollover

A safe and economical method of rotating beams is now available!

Flexibility

The Stewart Beam Rollover is a 5 ton capacity unit that may be used in two different ways:

1. Using two hoists with one drive unit and one idler unit near the ends of the beam.

2. Using one hoist with one drive unit positioned at the center of the beam.

 

Available in 5 ton to 40 ton capacities.

Shop air may be disconnected, allowing for beams to be moved throughout crane bay.

Unlike other units the Stewart Beam Rollover is capable of rolling tapered beams, curved beams, and other odd weldments.

Reliability

Sealed bearings and an air filter-lubricator for the air motor provide virtually maintenance free operation.

The slings are easily connectable and have a tough wear layer of material on both sides for long life.

The units are shipped ready for operation, shop air is all you need to start rotating beams safely and economically.
